Google Drive Integration

When you choose to connect your Google Drive account, we request limited read-only access (drive.readonly scope) to:

• View and download audio/video files you select for transcription
• Access file metadata to display file information
• We do NOT modify, delete, or create files in your Google Drive
• We do NOT access files you don't explicitly select for transcription
• You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings

How We Use Your Information

• Provide and maintain our transcription services
• Process your audio and video files to generate transcriptions

Data Processing and AI Training

Important: We do NOT use your personal content (audio, video, or transcriptions) to train our AI models or for any other purpose beyond providing you with transcription services.

• Your files are processed solely to generate transcriptions for your use
• We may use anonymized, aggregated usage statistics to improve our service
• All content processing is done securely and temporarily
• Original files are not permanently stored on our servers beyond processing time

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

• Files and transcriptions are encrypted at rest

Data Retention and Deletion

• Transcriptions and summaries are stored until you delete them or close your account
• Original audio/video files are deleted from our servers after processing (typically within 24 hours)
• Account information is retained while your account is active
• TikTok connection tokens are stored securely and removed when you disconnect TikTok
• You can delete your content at any time through your account settings
• Upon account deletion, all your data is permanently removed within 30 days
• Some information may be retained longer if required by law

Third-Party Services

Google Drive Integration

Our Google Drive integration is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We only access files you explicitly select and use Google's secure APIs with read-only permissions.

TikTok Integration

When you connect TikTok, we use TikTok's OAuth authorization flow to request your permission. We only access basic profile information and upload videos you explicitly choose to post. Posting is created as a draft in your TikTok inbox so you can review, edit, and publish directly in TikTok.
